We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Shop Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our shop and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Greeting customers and assisting with inquiries
  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
  • Managing inventory and ordering supplies
  • Processing invoices and payments
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
  • Assisting with marketing and promotional activities
  • Performing other administrative duties as required
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
