Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and deploy Salesforce solutions, including Blackthorn Events.

Conduct detailed business analysis and document findings.

Provide technical support and guidance to end users.

Collaborate with the ECES team to follow development and governance best practices.

Lead or support training and change management activities.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

(Need Majority; 3+ Years)

• 3+ years' experience as a Salesforce administrator or developer in a production environment
• 3+ years experience in business analysis including:

• Eliciting requirements
• Documenting processes
• Business case development
• Impact measurement
• Change management leadership

• Experience designing and implementing technology solutions
• Certification(s) in Salesforce (Administrator, Developer, or Architect)

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:

• Experience implementing and supporting Blackthorn Events
• Technical support experience
• Training development and facilitation experience
• Additional Salesforce certifications (Business Analyst, Platform App Builder)
• Experience with Informatica, Design Thinking, or equivalent methodologies
• Experience in higher education
• Familiarity with Salesforce Education Data Architecture (EDA)
