Reboot Staff is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Madison, WI. The ideal candidate will support daily administrative operations, ensure smooth office functions, and assist in maintaining a productive and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document management

  • Answer and direct incoming calls and emails professionally

  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed

  • Support various departments with clerical tasks and special projects

  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of common office areas

  • Assist with onboarding and training of new staff members

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an office or administrative role
