Position Description

Reporting to the General Manager, the Office Assistant will provide essential administrative support to the Conway site, with a focus on supporting the General Manager/Director of Manufacturing in their dual role. This position will ensure smooth daily operations by managing site-level logistics and serving as the primary point of contact for office coordination and general administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk duties including visitor access, sign-ins, and general inquiries.
  • Coordinate meeting room setup, materials, and scheduling.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
  • Sort and distribute mail and site communications.
  • Assist with site-level scheduling, document prep, and general administrative support for cross-functional teams.
  • Assist with booking flights and hotels for management personnel.
  • Assist with travel expenses for traveling management.
  • Develop and maintain monthly newsletters from Conway.

Qualifications And Experience

  • 2 + years of experience in an administrative, office support, or facilities coordination role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), Google suite and general computer systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
  • strong attention to detail.
  • Professional communication and a customer-service mindset.

Salary and Benefits

  • The salary for this position is $43,000 – $48,000. Salary will be commensurate with education and experience.
  • Our group benefits package, which has no waiting period, includes extended health and dental benefits.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan.
