POSITION SUMMARY:

Who We’re Looking For:
As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various components of our residential properties throughout Macomb and Oakland County. This role requires a high level of technical skill and expertise in residential maintenance, coupled with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
What Your Day Will Be Like:
Your typical day will involve performing inspections, basic home repairs, and preventative maintenance duties. You’ll tackle everything from changing shower valves and hot water tanks to repairing HVAC systems. You'll also be called upon to troubleshoot things like WiFi connections, refrigerators and maybe even furniture assembly.
