The IT Manager oversees technology infrastructure, focusing on systems like SAP, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), and e-commerce platforms. This role ensures seamless system integration, drives efficiency, and aligns technology initiatives with strategic business goals.

Key responsibilities include managing system implementations, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the IT Manager translates business needs into actionable IT solutions while enhancing data accuracy, reporting, and system reliability.

The ideal candidate has a strong IT management background, expertise in SAP, EWM, EDI, and e-commerce, and proven leadership skills. Key Responsibilities:

  • System Management: Oversee SAP, EWM, EDI, and e-commerce platforms, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and timely resolution of technical issues.

  • Project Leadership: Manage IT projects, including implementations, upgrades, and integrations, while aligning timelines, budgets, and resources with business goals.

  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and deliver technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

  • Data Integrity: Maintain accurate, reliable data across systems and develop reporting tools to provide actionable insights for decision-making.

  • Compliance: Ensure systems meet industry standards and regulations while implementing security measures to protect sensitive information.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements, stay informed on industry trends, and drive innovation within the IT function.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in Korean and English, with the ability to communicate and collaborate across diverse teams.

  • Experience: At least 5 years in IT management with expertise in SAP, EWM, EDI, and e-commerce platforms.

  • Technical Expertise: Proficient in database management, system integration, data analysis tools, and project management methodologies.

  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and develop IT teams, fostering collaboration and driving complex technology initiatives.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to resolve technical issues, optimize systems, and enhance user experience.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to bridge technical concepts and business needs effectively.

  • Strategic Vision: Experience aligning IT strategies with business goals and recommending innovative, trend-driven solutions.

  • Budget Management: Skilled in managing IT budgets and performing cost-benefit analyses to justify technology investments.

  • Compliance: Knowledge of industry regulations and expertise in implementing security measures to safeguard data.

  • Adaptability: Commitment to staying updated on emerging technologies and managing multiple priorities in dynamic environments.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.

  • Availability: Preference for candidates who are immediately available to begin the role.
