Job Description

1、Curriculum Development & Instruction

-Design and deliver interdisciplinary STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) lessons aligned with international curricula (e.g., IB, AP, A-Level, IGCSE).
-Foster student engagement through innovative teaching methods such as Project-Based Learning (PBL), hands-on experiments, and collaborative activities.
-Integrate modern tools (e.g., coding, robotics, 3D printing, engineering design) into classroom instruction.

2、Student Guidance & Assessment

-Mentor students in STEAM-related projects, competitions, or exhibitions (e.g., science fairs, robotics contests).
-Conduct formative and summative assessments, provide personalized feedback, and implement differentiated instruction strategies.
-Cultivate critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

3、Resource Management & Collaboration

-Oversee STEAM labs or makerspaces, ensuring equipment safety and optimal utilization.
-Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teachers to develop integrated learning experiences.
-Organize STEAM-themed events, workshops, or field trips.

4、Communication & Professional Growth

-Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and participate in parent-teacher conferences or open houses.
-Stay updated on STEAM education trends and engage in continuous professional development (e.g., workshops, conferences).
