1、Curriculum Development & Instruction

• -Design and deliver interdisciplinary STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) lessons aligned with international curricula (e.g., IB, AP, A-Level, IGCSE).
• -Foster student engagement through innovative teaching methods such as Project-Based Learning (PBL), hands-on experiments, and collaborative activities.
• -Integrate modern tools (e.g., coding, robotics, 3D printing, engineering design) into classroom instruction.

• -Mentor students in STEAM-related projects, competitions, or exhibitions (e.g., science fairs, robotics contests).
• -Conduct formative and summative assessments, provide personalized feedback, and implement differentiated instruction strategies.
• -Cultivate critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

• -Oversee STEAM labs or makerspaces, ensuring equipment safety and optimal utilization.
• -Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teachers to develop integrated learning experiences.
• -Organize STEAM-themed events, workshops, or field trips.

• -Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and participate in parent-teacher conferences or open houses.
• -Stay updated on STEAM education trends and engage in continuous professional development (e.g., workshops, conferences).
