Job Description

Are you a detail-driven attorney who takes pride in precision, process, and delivering high-quality work that makes a lasting impact? Our client—a boutique law firm in Morganville, NJ—is seeking an  Estate Planning Attorney who excels behind the scenes, ensuring every document, timeline, and client file is executed flawlessly. The firm focuses exclusively on  Estate Planning, Estate & Trust Administration, and Elder Law , and this role is key to ensuring the firm’s legal products and processes maintain the highest standards of quality and reliability.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who finds satisfaction in doing the work that supports great client outcomes: managing files, maintaining project flow, drafting and finalizing documents, and catching every detail others might miss.

Why You Should Apply:

•  Competitive Compensation : Top-tier salary, plus an exceptional benefits package including 100% employer-paid health insurance, dental/vision plans, 401(k)/profit sharing, extensive paid time off, and paid holidays.

•  Focused, Fulfilling Work : Play a mission-critical role in producing the firm’s most important work product—legal documents that protect families and secure futures.

•  Professional Growth : Learn and refine systems and workflows that lead to efficient, high-quality legal service delivery.

•  Work-Life Balance : Join a supportive, family-oriented team that values hard work and precision over high drama or long hours.

What You’ll Do:

•  Draft and Review Legal Documents : From wills and trusts to powers of attorney and healthcare directives—your work will be accurate, timely, and complete.

•  Manage Case Timelines and Workflows : Ensure that nothing slips through the cracks—whether it’s a signature, deadline, or follow-up task.

•  Support Legal Team Efficiency : Be the go-to person for legal file management, case preparation, and administrative oversight related to legal outputs.

•  Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Coordinate with paralegals, intake specialists, and attorneys to keep client matters on track and fully documented.

•  Meet with Clients as Needed : While the role is not primarily client-facing, you’ll occasionally meet with clients to review documents or ensure accuracy and clarity.

What We’re Looking For:

• A  Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and admission to the New Jersey Bar in good standing.

• Prior experience in  Estate Planning or Trusts & Estates is preferred.

• A strong aptitude for  legal drafting, process improvement, and file management .

• Exceptional  attention to detail , follow-through, and a proactive mindset.

• A dependable team player who is  organized, coachable, and systems-oriented .

If you take pride in producing meticulous legal work that directly impacts families and future generations—and are looking for a place where your behind-the-scenes contributions are deeply valued—this could be the right fit.
